UPet.co.uk does not have any responsibilty or control over any part of the homing process of any animal or service advertised in this site you are advised to conduct research prior to entering into any agreement with any advertiser.

Web Site Terms and Conditions: By using Upet.co.uk you agree to be legally bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of Upet.co.uk. If you do not agree to be legally bound by all the following terms please do not access and/or use Upet.co.uk. UPet.co.uk in the interest of animal welfare will expect all advertisers to adhere to a code of conduct, any breeder found to be in violation of this conduct will be removed from the site and will forfeit any monies paid to create their profile. All users will be expected to ensure that all animals under their care are properly housed, fed and have access to clean drinking water, excercise and proper veterinary care as and when required. Our pets give us so much this is the least we can give back.

Changes to Terms Of Use: Upet.co.uk may change these terms at any time by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes made by Upet.co.uk. Your continued use of Upet.co.uk after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

Content Providers and Advertisers: Although Upet.co.uk chooses content providers and advertisers carefully Upet.co.uk has no control over some of the content. The issue of pet welfare is a massive issue! There are so many problems with the pet industry and it is the responsibility of each individual -pet owner or not- to ensure they think before buying a pet. It is not just as simple as wanting to have one, there is so much more involved and you should undertake extensive reasearch before deciding if you wish to truly take responsibility for an animal. If you are buying an animal please do not accept delivery always view the animal in its own environment with the people and the animals that produced them. If you find an animal in shocking or unacceptable conditions DO NOT buy it to rescue them report the individuals and let them be stopped from inflicting any more damage! If you are a breeder of animals please make sure you get as much guidance and information from a reputable source as irresponsible breedeing is a form of abuse and will only cause more harm to animals. If you see anything that offends or come accross anyone who may not be as genuine or as responsible as they should be please contact Upet.co.uk through our ‘contact us' page and we will take steps to rectify the problem. Where you are invited to submit any contribution to Upet.co.uk (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) you agree, by submitting your contribution, to grant Upet.co.uk a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sub-licensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, play, make available to the public, and exercise all copyright and publicity rights with respect to your contribution worldwide and/or to incorporate your contribution in other works in any media now known or later developed for the full term of any rights that may exist in your contribution, and in accordance with privacy restrictions set out in the Upet.co.uk Privacy Policy. If you do not want to grant to Upet.co.uk the rights set out above, please contact Upet.co.uk

Further to the above paragraph, by submitting your contribution to Upet.co.uk, you warrant that your contribution;

Ø       is your own original work and that you have the right to make it available to Upet.co.uk for all the purposes specified above;

Ø       is not defamatory; and

Ø       does not infringe any law; and

Ø       indemnify Upet.co.uk against all legal fees, damages and other expenses that may be incurred by Upet.co.uk as a result of your breach of the above warranty; and

Ø       waive any moral rights in your contribution for the purposes of its submission to and publication on Upet.co.uk and the purposes specified above.

You may not submit any defamatory or illegal material of any nature to Upet.co.uk via the Create your ad facility, U-Space profile, submit an article or the forum. This includes text, graphics, video, programs or audio.
Contributing material with the intention of committing or promoting an illegal act is strictly prohibited. You agree to only submit materials which are your own original work. You must not violate, plagiarise, or infringe the rights of third parties including copyright, trademark, trade secrets, privacy, and publicity, personal or proprietary rights.
If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to Upet.co.uk or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on Upet.co.uk, and it is considered such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, Upet.co.uk may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or email provider about the infringement/s.
Upet.co.uk reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any advertiser, at any time, for any reason. Upet.co.uk reserves the right in this situation to remove any listing/advertisement or U-Space profile without prior notification any monies previously paid will not be refunded.

Promotional Free Breeders U-Space: This promotion is reservced for breeders only, if you are not a breeder you can place and advertisement through the 'One Off Add - Non Breeder' subscription plan. These applications for a free breeders U-Space are checked and are individually approved, if you are found to apply and do not qualify as abreeder (at the discretion of the administration team) your application will be denied and your registration to the site will be removed. If you wish to discuss this matter further please contact the administration team through the 'Contact Us' page.

One Off Add - Non Breeders: This subscription plan is ideally for people who don't regularly breed their animals, those who have a surprise pregnancy, a need to re-home their pets or if you wish to place and advert to promote your pet related business or service. This will enable you to have a U-Space to allow you to network with other U-Space owners store photos and use the forum etc. You will only be allowed to create one add per subscription unlike the breeder U-Space which allows you to create multiple adds. You can enhance your add by adding links, logos or to have your add placed on the home page or footer of the web pages these are chargeable and you will be notified as soon as you create your add. Any add that is placed will be monitored by U Pet.co.uk's administration team. If you create a new add without paying for another subscription your listing will be removed. If you are found to be attempting to create more than one add without paying this may lead to your subscription being cancelled and your add being removed and any monies that have been previously paid will be foreit.

Advertisers: All advertisements on this site are accepted in good faith and Upet.co.uk do not guarantee or endorse any animals, products or services advertised, the accuracy of any advertisement content, or the quality of any animals, products or services advertised on this site. It is your sole responsibility to conduct all necessary research prior to entering into any agreement with any advertiser and we accept no responsibility for the consequences for any agreement made or the quality of the animals, products and services offered as a result of buyers and sellers connecting through this Site. Upet.co.uk reserves the right to refuse/remove advertisements without notice. Upet.co.uk fully support the welfare of all animals, we are unable to fully police that all its users are ethical but where any unethical behaviour is reported we will undertake to investigate and may remove any user found to be unethical. In this case any monies previously paid will not be refunded.
